Guides and supervises the development and improvement of staff productivity.
Programs the activities and coordinates service operations.
Ensures the cooperation and coordination with municipal enterprises and entities.
He is the main evaluation assessor in the evaluation of all executives and at the same time appraises the evaluations by executives concerning department heads.
1. Executive Director’s Office of Administrative Support
Provides administrative support to the Office of the Executive Director (transfer of incoming and outgoing documents, record keeping, typing, provision of general information to the public, etc.).
